- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at info@answerspetfood.com.
- From there you will be paired up with an expert in our customer service team.
- You will be required to fill out a QC form with information on the product including but not limited to best use by date, order number, and description of issue. In some cases, pictures will be required.
- We will work expeditiously with you on how to receive a replacement product or credit.
